1. IP evaluation and advice – Protection starts with an idea

We recommend protecting your invention, trademark or design at the beginning of product development. We help you figure out whether your idea, design or trademark can be protected and what the best protection strategy would be.

Evaluate the possibility for protection: Is your invention new, inventive, industrially applicable and financially worth protecting?
IP strategy: We will draft a plan with you to support your business operations and focus on the rights that will benefit you the most.
Preliminary research: We identify any registration barriers, rights protected by competitors and protection risks.

Trademark enforcement: We notify you of new applications that may conflict with your rights. We also carry out competitor and trademark enforcement.
