Marika Kojo oversees the strategic planning, development, and implementation of both external and internal communications, as well as branding and marketing for Papula-Nevinpat. Her role is to ensure that communications and marketing efforts align with the company’s growth and business objectives while strengthening the Papula-Nevinpat brand.
Marika develops and enhances the company’s external and internal communication channels and content strategy, promoting the thought leadership of both Papula-Nevinpat and its experts. She collaborates closely with HR to enhance Papula-Nevinpat’s employer brand and organizes events for clients and stakeholders.
With extensive and versatile experience across communications and marketing, Marika’s core competencies include product and service communications, planning and executing press and launch events, and managing communication projects domestically and internationally. Additionally, she has expertise in crisis communications, media training, and managing media and press relations. She also has strong knowledge in technology-related communications.
Marika has been with Papula-Nevinpat since 2009, having previously served as a communications manager in a Finnish global listed company.
