AI can assist in drafting a patent application, for example by organizing information and generating text, but a high-quality patent application cannot be drafted solely by AI. As an inadequately drafted application can jeopardize the scope of protection of the invention, the expertise and judgment of an IP professional are critical to obtain proper content for the application and thereby a sufficient scope of protection. The expert will always take responsibility for the application’s content and the final result.

Information security and data protection have been the cornerstones of TagLing’s development process since the beginning. TagLing processes and stores its data in high-security data centers in Finland. All personal data is processed in compliance with EU data protection legislation.

Papula-Nevinpat takes AI-related information security risks very seriously. We do not share any confidential information outside our organization for training AI. This ensures that the AI models we use do not leak confidential information. In all AI use, we comply with contractual obligations, legislation, and Papula-Nevinpat’s internal information security policies. We also advise our clients to refrain from uploading confidential information to public AI models, as it could be used to train the model.
