Niina Rouhiainen is an HR Manager at Papula-Nevinpat.
Niina is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and ongoing development of our recruitment and HR processes. Her role includes strengthening our competencies and company culture, as well as advancing leadership and management practices. She also provides support to Papula-Nevinpat’s managers and experts, oversees work ability management and employee well-being, and handles various HR administrative tasks.
As a member of the management team, Niina implements the company’s business strategy through a people-focused approach. She leads the HR and office services teams and also serves as Papula-Nevinpat’s Occupational Safety Manager.
Niina has extensive experience in the intellectual property field, having worked at Papula-Nevinpat since 2012 and in HR roles since 2018.
