Miika Tupala is the team leader for the Mechanical Engineering team at Papula-Nevinpat and heads the company’s Tampere office. He is also a European Patent Attorney and a Partner at the firm.
Miika joined Papula-Nevinpat in 2019, bringing with him many years of experience as a research engineer and intellectual property specialist in the telecommunications industry. He has extensive expertise in identifying and evaluating inventions, drafting and prosecuting patent applications globally, providing strategic advice on intellectual property rights, and managing infringement cases and licensing negotiations. Additionally, he lectures on various topics related to intellectual property.
