Matti Ylitalo is a European Patent Attorney at Papula-Nevinpat. Matti is also a Partner in the company.
Matti has more than 20 years of experience as a patent attorney. He has identified and assessed inventions, conducted searches, drafted and prosecuted patent and utility model applications, participated in opposition and infringement proceedings, and prepared statements, IP guidelines, and IP strategies.
Matti serves our clients on assignments related to engineering materials, mechanical engineering, and process engineering. His wide expertise covers industrial automation and handling systems, vehicles and their accessories, power transmission solutions and power units, filter equipment, combustion and boiler technology, plastic processing equipment, coating technologies, medical instruments, and antenna solutions. Additionally, he is familiar with applications of plastic materials in the medical and electronics industries.
Matti is also happy to provide training for our customers on IP-related issues.
He joined Papula-Nevinpat in 2018 and works at our Tampere office.
