Linda Norrgård is a member of Papula-Nevinpat’s Management Team, responsible for client relations and client experience operations, as well as managing our Eurasian patent department. She is also a Partner in the company.
Linda has prosecuted a wide variety of inventions, with particular focus on metallurgy and mineral processing, polymer technology, pharmaceutical chemistry, and process and food technology.
She has gained substantial experience in all stages of prosecuting inventions and defending IP rights. Additionally, she has extensive expertise in dispute management, including opposition and appeal proceedings in Finland and before the European Patent Office. She completed a traineeship at the European Patent Office in 2011.
Linda also has long-term experience in working with startup companies and advising entrepreneurs on IP protection. She frequently speaks at various startup events and training programs. Her expertise with startups has given her valuable insight into the challenges new businesses face regarding IP issues.
Linda began her career in the IP field in 2008 and has worked as a patent attorney at various Finnish patent agencies throughout her career. Additionally, she has experience in the industrial sector, having worked as a patent engineer within corporate IP teams. She joined Papula-Nevinpat in 2019.
Linda actively participates in numerous international conferences to maintain our global network of contacts. Through these events, she stays informed about the latest developments and trends in the IP sector worldwide.
